I’m a passionate McMillan Running certified coach with a deep-rooted love for running and a track record to prove it.
With finishes of four 100-mile races under my belt, multiple 100-kilometer races, and a wealth of experience conquering countless 50-mile and 50-kilometer races, I understand the grit, determination, and strategic training it takes to tackle ultramarathon distances. But my expertise doesn’t stop there. I’ve also clocked in numerous 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and marathon events, each race contributing to a treasure trove of knowledge and insights that I’m eager to share with you.
As your coach, I bring the wisdom gained from my personal journey and the McMillan Running certification along with countless hours of reading and researching to tailor a training program suited to your goals.
